Solo includes 50 inbound minutes per month as a soft cap. Beyond 50 minutes you are charged $0.50 per additional minute on the next invoice. There is also a hard cap of 5 calls per day on Solo. If you regularly exceed 50 minutes or 5 calls per day, the Starter tier ($60/mo, 200 minutes, no daily cap) usually works out cheaper.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the MapleWorkSuite client portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle so you keep the features you paid for through the end of the month.
Annual prepay discounts are available on the Team-Pro tier ($199/mo and above). Solo, Starter and Business tiers are month-to-month only - we keep them flat and predictable.
